Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Ensure outsourcing implementation conducted by RUMA is in accordance with the prevailing manpower regulations
  • Monitor and ensure the outsourcing company and the contract between RUMA and the outsourcing company comply with the prevailing manpower regulations
  • Act as consultant between users and the outsourcing company for human resources management-related matters

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute Sales Performance Management in designated area, including :
    • Conduct potential and characteristic analysis in designated area to develop strategic plan to achieve company’s target
    • Create planning related to the opening of new branches
    • Create achievement report of sales performance and programs implementations in the area
    • Ensure and monitor all programs from the head office are conducted and prepared well in branch office
